Biography

Annie is a Partner and Head of Tax at BraunHagey & Borden. She has assisted companies over the course of her practice on taxation issues related to national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, entity formations and restructurings, corporate and partnership transactions, lending transactions, debt restructurings, domestic and international investments, dissolutions and bankruptcies, structured settlements, and equity and debt offerings.  

Personal

Annie lives in the New York area with her family. In her spare time, you will find her swimming, traveling and pursuing creative activities with her kids.
