Biography

Athul K. Acharya is Of Counsel at BraunHagey & Borden. His practice focuses on a broad range of impact litigation in state and federal courts. Before he came to BHB, he was a litigator at a leading national firm where he fought patent trolls and had an active pro bono practice. He has obtained multiple victories for his clients, including a successful appeal of a prisoner lawsuit dismissed in district court for failure to exhaust prison remedies.

Personal

Athul lives in Oregon with his wife. They spend their free time hiking in Northern California and Oregon.
