Biography
Ellis E. Herington is an attorney in BraunHagey & Borden’s San Francisco office. Ellis has substantial experience with securities litigation, shareholder derivative suits, and other complex commercial disputes. She has served as a strategic corporate advisor to companies and worked on internal investigations. Ellis has a dedicated pro bono practice where she has represented clients in civil rights litigation and housing and domestic violence disputes.
Personal
Ellis lives in San Francisco. She loves to spend her free time reading, traveling, hiking, and powerlifting, and is currently learning how to rock climb and cook delicious new meals for herself and her friends.
