Biography

Eric Schlabs in an attorney at BraunHagey & Borden. His practice encompasses a wide range of intellectual property and other complex commercial litigation. Before joining the firm, Eric was a litigator at an international law firm where he represented clients in patent and trade secret disputes. Eric has experience with all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation to trial.

Eric devotes a significant amount of time to his impact and pro bono practice, which includes representation of incarcerated clients and clients seeking immigration relief. 

Personal

Eric lives in Brooklyn with his partner and his French Bulldog, St. Vincent. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, gardening, collecting vinyl, attending concerts, reading science fiction, and engaging with local politics.
