Biography
Faith Barksdale is a litigation attorney in BraunHagey Borden’s New York office. Faith represents clients in a range of complex commercial disputes, including antitrust and general commercial litigation in state and federal court.
Faith began her legal career as an Equal Justice Works Fellow using litigation and policy strategies to combat prosecutorial misconduct and prevent wrongful convictions. She continues her passion for civil justice by maintaining a robust pro bono practice.
Faith was also a Law Clerk to The Honorable Chief Judge Rowan D. Wilson for the New York Court of Appeals.
Personal
A proud New Yorker, Faith loves all things New York State. In her free time, Faith enjoys dragging her friends on adventures upstate and exploring New York’s mountain ranges.
