Biography

Lily Kim is an attorney at BraunHagey & Borden in New York. Lily has represented clients in various complex civil litigations, including antitrust, securities, commercial, intellectual property, and class action matters. 

Lily maintains extensive pro bono practice and has represented clients in criminal appeals, veterans’ claims, and immigration matters. Lily served as a legal extern to Her Justice where she provided in-court representation to women in emergency situations in family law and matrimonial matters.

During law school, Lily served as a student attorney at Harvard Defenders and as a clinical student in the International Human Rights Clinic and the Employment Law Clinic.   

Personal

Lily lives in New York with her husband. In her free time, Lily enjoys practicing yoga, playing piano, reading philosophy and fictions, and making Korean food. Lily is originally from Seoul, Korea, where her family still lives.
